I realise there's a huge productivity deficit across Africa. This is not because we lack talent but because we often lack the appropriate guidance to convert that talent into tangible impact at scale.

Being a recipient of world-class mentorship myself, I have decided to pass the torch on. I am committed to mentoring and equipping young Africans who are passionate about having an indelible impact on the world through enterprise. From engineering to entertainment, agriculture to architecture, young people who want to contribute to creating products and services that change the world.
